Channel letters are individually illuminated letters using materials such as specially colored acrylics or custom vinyl, LED illumination, trim cap, prefinished metal coil, PVC backers and come in depths of 3/8.
Generally means a rectangular or simple shape that has a rigid sign face, common retainer extrusion, sheet metal box and T12 illuminated.
A push thru sign product is designed for those instances where the text would be too small to create a channel letters and creating a sign box loses it’s effect.
Non-illuminated individual letters are as simple as stud mounting them and concealing a LED light source behind the letters to create a `halo`effect.
